Independent Living Apartments, Cottages and Villas

Cross Road Village is a neighborhood of eighty-two (82) independent living apartments, cottages and villas nestled in the pines and greenways adjacent to the Assisted Living Center. Cross Road Village offers peace of mind to residents and their families by freeing them from responsibilities such as yard work and housekeeping while providing support when needed. A manager is available to residents and each apartment is equipped with emergency call buttons so residents can notify a nurse aide in the Assisted Living Center if they need emergency medical care. A club house, covered picnic shelter, fishing pier, deck, pond, and a garden spot enhance the friendly neighborhood atmosphere of the Cross Road Village. These modern, well-built apartments range from one bedroom to six different two-bedroom floor plans. Cross Road Retirement Community is registered with the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation as a community that offers multi-unit assisted housing with services.
